Welcome to First Choice and the On Demand Skills Videos. The 15 videos linked on this page must be viewed as a part of your Orientation and Safety training, before working a shift for a First Choice client.

However, the Skills Training Videos are useful no matter your experience level in providing personal care services.  You may wish to watch some or all of them while preparing for a shift requiring tasks you have not performed before, or to simply refresh you on the best methods for approaching particular skills or when confronting challenges relevant to client care. 

Whenever you’re in doubt while performing tasks for a client, please contact your client’s First Choice Case Manager, or a member of our Training Department, with specific questions.
