Our goal is to be able to immediately respond to your needs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. When you need to speak with us please call our Toll Free Telephone Number at 1-877-747-5090.
Our normal office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. If you call during normal office hours, please ask to speak with your assigned Case Manager.
Our weekend hours are Saturday and Sunday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. We accept telephone calls during the weekends but only for urgent needs.

After-Hours Non-Emergency Calls: If you are calling After-Hours and your call is not an emergency regarding your care services, please enter the Telephone Extension Number of your Case Manager and leave a detailed voice message and your call will be returned the next business day.
After-Hours EMERGENCY Calls: If you are calling After-Hours and your call is a non-medical emergency, please contact us at 1-877-747-5090 and at the prompt you will be directed to "Press 1" for emergency contact. You will be connected to our After-Hours Answering Service who will then connect you to the assigned After-Hours Case Manager.
Please note that if your After-Hours telephone call is regarding a Medical Emergency, please call 911 Emergency Services before contacting First Choice In-Home Care.
