At First Choice In‐Home Care our focus is on training and responsiveness. Our in‐house training team enables our Certified Nursing Assistants and Certified Home Care Aides to develop the understanding and knowledge necessary to provide safe, respectful and trusted services.
Our Nursing Assistants and Home Care Aides are managed by a team of Direct Care Supervisors who have dedicated themselves to helping others and encourage a culture of accountability, competency and openness. Our Supervisors are available twenty‐four hours each day as this is the only way to provide an immediate response when you need it most.
We employ over 1,000 team members throughout King, Pierce and Snohomish Counties and together we provide Daily Personal Care to provide support and assistance with daily living; Overnight Care to ensure your loved one is safe and protected; Homemaking Tasks when the need is to ensure dietary needs and home upkeep and cleanliness are properly considered; Companionship and Transportation when the human touch is needed; Post‐Hospitalization Care when your loved one needs extra help when recovering; Care for Veterans because whatever they need they deserve; Family Support Care when you just need a break and some time for yourself; Mentorship for our young adults who are in the process of developing their independence and Community Involvement when your loved one just needs to get out and experience our community.
First Choice In-Home Care was created in 1999 to help families within the community find reliable and trustworthy caregivers to provide personal care services to families and individuals in need. Today, First Choice In-Home Care provides services to over 4,500 clients annually throughout King, Kitsap, Clark, Cowlitz, and Snohomish Counties and provides over 1.5 million service hours to our population of adults and children in need.
