Services We Provide
We provide In-Home Care Services for Adults and Children receiving Personal Care or Respite Care Support through the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) / Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) / Aging and Long Term Care.
Since 2000, First Choice has been a leading provider of personal care and respite care services to clients who live in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties. We work with a diverse population of unique needs clients including adults and children who have been diagnosed with Developmental Delays, Down Syndrome, Medically Intensive, Mental Retardation, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Autism, Dyspraxia and other undiagnosed disabilities.
The services you receive are determined via the completion of the CARE Assessment by your state-assigned case manager. First Choice In-Home Care provides services based on your CARE Assessment / Individual Service Plan.
